We bill most insurance plans and have Medicare and WA State Medicaid/Apple Health contracted providers at all locations. As an in-network provider for most commercial insurance plans, we recommend checking with your insurance company to confirm coverage.
Some insurance plans require a co-payment at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
Need financial assistance? A Sliding Fee Discount is available for those who qualify. You’ll need to provide proof of income and family size to determine eligibility.
