What can a Patient Navigator assist with? A Patient Navigator assists patients with a variety of resources, including:

  • Enrolling in health insurance
  • Navigating the healthcare system
  • Connecting with all NEW Health services
  • Transportation resources
  • Food and clothing
  • Identifying housing resources
  • Signing up for phone and internet services
  • Applying for NEW Health's Sliding Fee Discount Program
  • And more!

 

How much does this service cost?  NEW Health’s Patient Navigator assistance is free to all NEW Health patients!

 

How to Get Started: To get started with our Patient Navigator service, simply call us at 509.935.6004 or 800.829.6583, option #5. Alternatively, your NEW Health provider can refer you to our Patient Navigator. Our Patient Navigator will work to find a time to meet with you to discuss your individual needs and develop a plan to help you achieve your goals.
