Treatment Philosophy
Behavioral Health Care Managers use brief intervention evidence-based practices, which include but are not limited to the following brief therapy models: Problem Solving Treatment-Primary Care (PST-PC), Behavioral Activation (BA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Counseling (IPC).
Everyone experiences depression and anxiety in different ways. It’s normal for some people to need more support than others. If symptoms make it hard to function normally, or if they last more than a few weeks, it might be time to get help. Call us, we are here for you.
