Bridging the Gap 2026
NEW Health is excited to welcome our 2026 Bridging the Gap cohort—an opportunity designed to help individuals explore career paths while gaining real-world experience in a supportive healthcare setting. This paid, hands-on program goes beyond a typical job. Participants will build practical skills, gain exposure to multiple career pathways, and work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about community connected care. Bridging the Gap 2025 Recap
In August 2025, NEW Health proudly completed our first Bridging the Gap cohort—opening doors to hands-on learning, career exploration, and workforce development right here in our communities.
Participants gained valuable skills, real-world experience, and a stronger path forward.
