We want to hear from you! 

NEW Health is inviting patients to participate in a two-hour focus group to share feedback on your experience with our services. This is your chance to tell us what’s working well, challenges you or your family may face when accessing care or scheduling appointments, and how we can improve our services. 

2026 Patient Focus Rockbot

Participants will receive lunch and a $50 Visa gift card as a thank-you. 

This session is limited to 12 participants. Registration is required. If you are interested in participating, please call 509.935.6004 or complete the online registration form here: NEW Health Patient Focus Group – Fill out form
