This October 26th is National Lung Health Day. This observance was created by the American Association for Respiratory Care with the goal of raising awareness around the growing number of lung diseases. Chronic bronchitis, emphysema, asthma, and lung cancer are just a few of the threatening illnesses on the rise in America. To take control over your lung health, quit smoking, maintain healthy lifestyle habits, and check your city’s Air Quality before going outside!
