NEW Health Programs Association (NEW Health) is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide designs, cost estimates, and project oversight for our Chewelah Medical Workforce Project.

To assist in preparing your proposal, we will provide detailed information about our organization, the project, and the required services.
Please note:
- A confidentiality agreement must be signed prior to receiving any sensitive company information.
- Firms should submit a list of the information needed to complete their proposal.
Selection Process:
Proposals will be evaluated on a qualitative basis, considering factors such as:
- Experience working with healthcare organizations (portfolio)
- Interviews with personnel assigned to our project
- References and discussions with other clients
- Cost of services
- Completeness and timeliness of the proposal
