NEW Health is here for you and wants to ensure that you access care when needed, don’t delay. NEW Health offers options for your care, in-office visits are being scheduled with precautions in place to keep our patients, staff and communities safe. We offer visits to meet your needs for wellness exams, chronic medical conditions and during times of illness. Our clinical staff can assist you and are ready to assist with your healthcare needs.
When coming into the clinic for an appointment, patients are required to wear a mask. As we are all being impacted by COVID-19, rest assured that we are taking every precaution for the safety of our patients, staff and communities.
Dental Services
Our Colville, Lake Spokane and Springdale Dental Clinics are scheduled to reopen next week on Tuesday, May 19th.
NEW Health is committed to continue to improve the health of our communities. We are seeing patients in office with modifications, patients need to wear a mask before and after their appointment. As we phase in the CDC guidelines for dental procedures, adjustments in type of visit and time between patients will be made. This will allow staff appropriate time to ensure adequate cleaning of workspaces. Our staff will be wearing appropriate Personal Protection Equipment, but we assure you their smiling faces are behind those masks and ready to serve our patients. Safety is our top priority and we look forward to seeing everyone soon.
Pharmacy Services
We offer curbside pharmacy pick-up at our Chewelah, Colville and Lake Spokane locations. When you arrive to pick up your prescriptions, call the pharmacy or utilize the RxLocal App, available for download on your smartphone, and a pharmacy staff member will bring your prescriptions right to your car! Subject to contractual restrictions, NEW Health is also continuing to offer courtesy mailings of your prescriptions.
Sincerely, The NEW Health Team
