Dear Patients & Families,

NEW Health remains open and available throughout the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic. We have made changes to the way we provide you care. For your safety, and that of our staff, we now temporarily offer curbside and telemedicine visits.

We offer curbside care, courtesy-mail pharmacy, and telemedicine visits at all of our locations, plus drive-thru patient care and pharmacy pickup at our Chewelah, Colville and Lake Spokane locations.  Call (509)935-8424 for more information.

Coronavirus/COVID-19 Testing:

NEW Health offers screening for COVID-19, and testing if indicated, at all clinic sites, from the comfort of your own vehicle. Additionally, there is no appointment necessary at our Drive-Thru Patient Care Clinics in Chewelah, Colville and Nine Mile Falls (Lake Spokane).

Telemedicine Visits:

Telemedicine allows you to talk with a provider using your telephone, smartphone, computer or tablet.  We offer telemedicine visits for acute medical complaints like coughs, sore throats, allergies, earaches, rashes, or minor injuries. Additionally, telemedicine can address many chronic conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, or high blood pressure, women’s health issue, family planning or reproductive health, or feelings of anxiety and depression.

Drive Thru Patient Care and Curbside Care:

As needed, we offer curbside care at all of our locations, as well as screening and testing for strep throat, flu and COVID-19, if indicated.  All services are performed from the comfort of your own vehicle.

Pharmacy Services:

We have curbside pharmacy pick-up at our Chewelah, Colville and Lake Spokane locations. When you arrive to pick up your prescriptions, call the pharmacy or utilize the RxLocal App, available for download on your smartphone, and a pharmacy staff member will bring your prescriptions right to your car! Subject to contractual restrictions, NEW Health is also continuing to offer courtesy mailings of your prescriptions.

Sick appointments:

If you are feeling sick, please call us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. A NEW Health staff member will be available to assess you and offer you advice and/or treatment.
