NEW Health Coming to Newport

Expansion of NEW Health to South Pend Oreille County Expected Soon
Newport, Washington. Through its participation in the Pend Oreille Health Coalition, NEW Health has realized there are gaps in care in southern Pend Oreille County, especially as it relates to dental care, and wants to be part of the solution. NEW Health has purchased land in Newport, with the expectation that it will soon add services in Newport to expand access to care. NEW Health hopes to come alongside the existing services in Pend Oreille County to be a part of the solution to ensure that all residents have the health care access they need.
NEW Health Programs Association (NEW Health) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has served the Tri-County area for over forty (40) years. We currently have eight (8) medical clinics, three (3) dental clinics, and two (2) pharmacies across Pend Oreille, Stevens, and Ferry counties. NEW Health currently has a clinic in Ione, in north Pend Oreille County. NEW Health believes in providing high quality health care services for all residents within the communities we serve. As an FQHC, we also believe that all people deserve access to health care regardless of their financial means or personal situation.
NEW Health accepts many insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, uninsured, and self-pay individuals and families.
